VOX is the rebirth of a great Westchester restaurant tradition originally begun in the same location with Auberge Maxime. Maxime was classic French cuisine and Vox follows that same tradition but with some surprising twists: Roast Duckling served on a bed of Forbidden Rice, Seared Hudson Valley Foies Gras with a shallot tarte tatin and apple cider vinegar reduction,to a spectaular New York Strip Steak with roasted Portobello mushrooms, haricots vert, mashed potatoes and a roasted garlic bordelaise sauce.

VOX has been well-received by both our customers and the food critics. The New York Times and Westchester Magazine among others, have praised presentation, taste and delivery, but VOX is more than food, it is a charming location for casual during the week or dressed up and adult on the weekends.
